On-demand-design services save small businesses the full-time salary, benefits, vehicles, expenses, worker’s comp, insurance, hiring and HR headaches associated with full time staffing.

harden’s gardens was founded by April Harden. April is a professional designer with a decade of experience working in numerous positions for large and mid-sized landscaping companies in the Atlanta area. April has a degree in Horticulture with a background in project management, estimating, landscape design, problem solving, drainage, irrigation, lighting, hardscapes, turf, client relations, customer service and landscape maintenance.

Design Only Services

harden’s gardens will set up the appointment with your company’s lead, dress professionally and represent your company during the entire design process. Designs can include a scaled design or unscaled sketch and/or photo renderings (based on project size and scope) and a plant list. Designs will be professionally hand drawn. Design packages will be delivered to the landscape professional to present to their client. For an additional fee, the designer can meet with the professional landscape and client to sell the design project.

Design and Estimation Services

harden’s gardens will set up the appointment with your company’s lead, dress professionally and represent your company during the entire design process. Designs can include a scaled design or unscaled sketch and/or photo renderings (based on project size and scope) and a plant list. Additionally, a detailed scope of work will be written for the project as well as a detailed estimate for the installation of the entire project. For an additional fee, the designer can remain in contact with the client to point of sale.

Estimation and Take off Services

harden’s gardens can estimate projects which were previously designed. Take off services include a written materials list, written scope of work and detailed estimate for the installation of the entire project.

Consultation Services

For one flat fee, harden’s gardens can meet with your client for a one-hour consultation and provide recommendations to the client regarding drainage solutions, hardscapes, lighting, irrigation, planting, turf and maintenance services. This service does not include design or estimation documents.
